收集相关数据与资料，协助生产部门减少异常发生率
Collect data to reduce production abnormalities

薪资待遇

Salary

综合月薪4500-7000元，包含岗位工资+绩效工资+加班费+全勤奖+餐补+夜班补助

Monthly salary 4500-7000 RMB, including base pay, performance bonus, overtime pay, attendance bonus, meal allowance and night shift allowance

工作时间

Working Hours

标准工时，上六休一，两班倒岗位上八点下八点，半月一倒班，加班按国家规定计算

Standard working hours, 6 days a week, shift work from 8:00 to 20:00, shift rotation every half month, overtime pay according to regulations
